Can I become a webmaster

Becoming a webmaster is not immensely difficult but it will take effort on your part. There's more to building a web site than just writing HTML code.

When I first started to learn HTML every web site that I visited had a leading sentence that said, "learning HTML is easy". That's true, basic HTML is not difficult, But, becoming a webmaster takes some time.

How quickly you learn and how much you learn is up to you but, yes, you can become a webmaster. The beauty of learning online is that you learn at your own pace, when you want and as often as you want. We're always open.

What will I learn?

When you visit this web site we assume that you know absolutely nothing about the webmasters world. So each tutorial is written with clear, easy to understand language and are accompanied with highlighted examples. We also walk you through acquiring a domain name, setting up a hosting account and uploading your files via FTP to your server.

You will also learn how to layout your web site using a cascading style sheet, how to add color to the page background and to the text. How to add images, use forms to send and collect information and more. Everything you need to build and publish a professional working web site.

Although this site is designed and written for simplicity the content is valid. All the examples, tutorials and other information is authoritative and follows the standards set forth by the World Wide Consortium.
